is a vegan diet right for everyone? i own a lot of problems next to my immune system (i'm a vegetarian and own been for almost 5 years.). i've be looking into going vegan, but i be wondering if a vegan diet be right for everyone?

I tried, but after 5 years begin to see symptoms, then after combat with bronchitis, and finger staple pain, etc, etc, etc I give up. Got over being sick surrounded by a couple days. And this was after trying adjectives sorts of antibiotics. I must have have some type of nutritional deficiencies.
