HELP ME WITH relentless insomnia, immediately it's 3 weeks beside no conclusion contained by verbs.?
I tried herbs, Tibetan drugs, chinese drugs, Rx similar to Ambien, Dalmane, etc. I tried melatonin, tryptophane, etc. Nothing works. I SIMPLY NEVER CAN'TSLEEP AT ALL - NO DROWSINESS. CAN'T SHUT OFF THE SWITCH. Night AFTER NIGHT PASSES & i NEVER CAN SLEEP. i DON'T THINK OF ANY WORRIES, i TAKE NO STIMULANTS.
pLEASE help me to know how to overcom this total insomnia which will verbs my heart & kil my physiology.

you havent slept in 3 weeks? isint that close to the guiness world accounts? well your situation is damn serios. if its really as serios as you are suggesting try a tranqulizor or knock yourself out.(the cheek is pretty sensitive)

The one and only thing I can suggest is doing this:
Lay on your wager on and think something like one part of your body at a time. Think give or take a few that one part going to sleep, consequently move up to the next one (feet, consequently legs, etc.). Usually by the time I get to my chest I am getting tired.
I would significantly recommend meditation, it might not let you sleep, but it will consent to you clear your mind and relax and in time you might be capable of sleep. There are binural beats that metamorphose your brain waves, and may put you into a relaxed state so that you can sleep.

Dan, I am not a medicine man, but I do know that insomia have many reason. You may ofcourse be aware of a need to avoid TV and afternoon nap. Try to cool your room to 16deg Centigrade and drink a warm glasss of milk or enjoy 5-8 spoons of yoghurt just since bed. Play a soft music and read a bit. Keep the lights soft. Do not drink before bed. Part of it is psycological since you hold tried many methods and it is not helping. Baiscally relax!
I do shift work and sometimes enjoy to sleep during the day, which i can't sleep and never own been competent to during the day, feathery sleeper, so the doctor gave me stilnox, knock me out within 15 minutes, i stir up all re-energized.

This is call Manic. I know you mentioned having tried herb, but Chamomile tea or catnip tea has be a savior for my insomnia, plus it calms nerves too. Try it back you rule it out. Also, unless you feel doomed to failure, the body needs rest and not essential sleep. As long as you feel rested, don't verbs so much about sleep unless you are getting beyond doubt no sleep at all.
Have you tried reading a boring book, or freshly laying at hand imagining yourself on a shore chair on a desert island - alone?
Personally, I focus this has gone okay past anything you should try to matter with alone and you should capture to a doctor quickly - until that time you destroy your robustness and your sanity. Tell him that the prescriptions haven't worked - see if he can furnish you something like Amitriptylene (sp?) - its technically an antidepressant but it took perfectionism of insomnia for me rather vigorously.
If you do take that one, cause sure you are prepared for sleeping - it will hit you like a wrecking globe in roughly an hour after you take it. I found that my mind would combat it, so I would distract my mind with reading... one time I be so into the book I forgot to get geared up and I woke up 12 hours later over the bed, fully dressed, and the book itself hadn't even fallen on my chest. The frightening slice was, the street lamp bulb had melt part of the fixture and could in actual fact have started a fire and I would hold been comatose. Not just sleeping.. knocked out.

Do not do any activity that includes staring at a bright goal 1 hour before you sleep. This includes computers and TV. Are dictum that you haven't slept at all? You story in bed awake every hours of darkness? No naps? No drowsiness?
I own a lot of problems next to insomnia, mine has to do beside falling asleep. Once I am asleep, I usually sleep ok.
So, if you have that, the trouble is, the situation produces anxiety because you are lying near waiting to go to sleep. If specifically the problem, try not trying. Get up and do things. Don't let yourself move about to bed for 24 hours. See how you feel after doing that.
Another concept is to get some tape with guided mediation specifically for insomnia. I was given one within the hospital for anxiety before surgery. It put me right to sleep (before the drugs,etc.).

Have you tried lavender essential grease? when ive had insomnia it have helped me i would try putting drops of grease on a few cotton balls and put them within your pillow cases and see if that helps... also trademark a massage grease with going on for 3-4 drops lavender oil, 3-5 chamomile grease, and 3-4 sandalwood oil and rub it on your body it will variety you relaxed and tired cause lavender is biddable for insomnia and so is chamomile it helps me relax anyway... hope it works.
