lol if you dont wake up you wont know so dont verbs about that lmao,hun its totaly undamaging i have other had problems sleeping so after audible range the old wives allegory about counting sheep i tryed it it works for me everytime xx

If you are using 'herbal' medicine to relieve you fall asleep, you MUST be sure of one piece ... that you KNOW exactly what you are getting. I use herbal medicine for some things, but I don't find my sleep medication at the herbalist. I take the generic of the antihistamine Benadryl. I fall down asleep when I WANT TO, I sleep fairly boomingly, but wake up several times surrounded by the night to pee (I don't turn on any lights, since that could stir me up more fully), and I sleep deeply, but not so overwhelmingly that I can't or won't wake up.
I suggest that you try a few OTHER THINGS up to that time you start taking anything into your body ... because if you don't really need it, why use it.
First ... establish a right, 'quiet routine' for the hour since you have to sleep. I lug a hot bath beside 'lavender salts' and lavender bubblebath, and even lavender moisturizer.
