A firend of mine have just have a colonic- she wanted to shift some excess babe weight. She found it really help for the first couple of days but they gave her tablets to cart to keep the process going. These tab are supposed to act within the same process as the Colonic- ie clean out your system, but she found that while taking the tab, she was never bad the loo!! Would only recommend if you are prepared to travel back for a few sessions or you don't mind spending like mad of time in the loo! Can prove pretty costly too.
