Don't know something like chloroform, but it sounds kind of death-defying. Try making a good routine, darken the room, using a sound domestic device, and wiping your mind.

dont think so, try have a milky drink before going to bed. dont view any late hours of darkness horror or anything as this can keep you awake, also ive hear that theres something in cheese to backing you sleep, its a myth about the nightmares by the path. reading also makes you tired but be wary what you read, as stuff can play on your mind.
I find pretending to be asleep works quite okay! Imagine there's someone in the room that you want to convince that you're asleep, so lie still, slow your breathing, etc.

Try adage a few prayers when you climb into bed.
Try to make yourself more tired during the light of day by doing more activites that you can't resist falling asleep. Try to make the room dark, maybe soothing music ( that doesn't work for everuone ) perchance a lava lamp. If you really can't get hold of to sleep, see your doctor, he may reccomend tablets for you to take to relief you sleep until you can do it without them.
Try and use herbal sleeping pills they are alot safer

Yes - chloroform is my answer, perchance one teaspoon to start off near on some soft tissue paper climb into bed, put quality newspaper over mouth and inhale through the nose and out the mouth, effects should start contained by 10 to 30 seconds.
