Can hypnotherapy give support to relieve symptoms of spasmotic dysphonia?

I did not see hypnotherapy listed on NSDA's website, however one treatment includes common voice relaxation techniques. Maybe some doctors would turn one step further and relax the whole mind? Hard to read aloud.
