OTC for anxiety?
I was wondering if anybody know of a good otc product for anxiety? I hold been researching the internet as resourcefully as past question on here and have come up w/either St. John's Wort or Valerian Root. The problem is, the research I own done on St John's is it is used more so for depression, which I do not have, and Valerian Root is used for insomnia, which I also don't hold. I just enjoy anxiety and get bleak nerves. So I am worried if I take Valerian within the mornings, it is going to put me to sleep or make me tired, when really I a moment ago don't want to feel anxious. Does anyone hold any experience with any? I have never taken, so I could be completely wrong? Or except, do you know of any different otc medications that are purely for anxiety? Try yoga and meditation. They have be used for centuries to bring some peace and tranquility into peoples' lives.
Google that.
St. John's Wort mellows me out moderately a bit. Doesn't really make me "happier." So you may want to tender it a try and see what you think.
