I be on adderall for years and it made me feel similar to crap. Last few years I have smoked seriously of pot and it really keeps me beneath control. I will probably get closely of thumbs down from people who don't enjoy ADD and never tried it but I am telling you from my own personal experience, it worked waaaayyyy better than any pharmecutical drug. Got me through college definitly.
I'm not sure something like any natural herb or anything like that, but you can oblige the symptoms by watching your sugar intake.( Even in correct fruits and vegetables.)I would talk to my doctor.Good luck!

I am an MD. There is a German study that have shown that 90% of childhood ADD is due to sleep deprivation. I agree with this, and it also explains why amphetamines give the impression of being to help it. Children do not counter to sleep deprivation in duplicate way that adults do. They frequently become hyperactive beside the inability to concentrate for long periods on anything. So carry your kids to bed!
I recommend reading 'Driven to Distraction' and 'Answers to Driven to Distraction' I would pick them up from the library and if you really think that they will be adjectives tools (I believe you will agree) then acquire them from Borders or Barnes & Noble or Amazon or a second hand book store or whereever you approaching to buy books. Great great exercises to do for you mind....to recondition it's thinking, so to speak, they are both AWESOME books!
In my opinion i chew over the best way to treat a "specified illnes" (if such a thing really exists) is by dieting and exercise. Some society might be use to eating foods that are impossible for them, such as microwave meals and mcdonalds. But rid your cabinet of bad foods, replenish your fridge beside meats, veggies, and fruits and i assure you that one you become hungry adequate these things will taste better than any express fix. I would also recommend plenty of exercise, probably atleast a couple hours a day. Bike riding, running, lifting weights, pilates, yoga, etc... adjectives of these things will balance chemicals contained by the brain along with a stout diet. They will also tire you to help you sleep much better at dark. I would talk to a doctor up to that time starting an exercise routine that is going to be really strenuous, otherwise of late start out easy consequently your body will tell you when its arranged for more. Don't smoke, anything. Keep your mind active also, close to reading or meditation, not just watching tube. this will help you presently and in the long run.
