It doesnt "heal" but I do believe the medicine that you are looking for is Zicam. I've used it and my cold didnt later nearly as long. Make sure you follow the directions to a "T", at night I also added a dark cold medicine. Hope you have a feeling better soon.

Yes you're probably talking in the region of "Airborne" or whatever other ones similar to that out here. It's a tablet that you dissolve into water. It's necessarily a multivitamin with a LOT of vitamin c next to some herbs contained by it also(ginger, echinacea) added into it. It's not a cold medicine at adjectives, just bunch of vitamins and herb. I think you'd be alright beside a multivitamin, though..
