Alternative Medicine for Irritable Bowel Syndrome?
I'm looking for some alternative therapies for a classic skin of IBS. Aside high symptom prescriptions and over the counter medication cocktails of peptobismal and gas ex, I'm not finding much else that can be done.

or roman chamomile! go out and look for roman chamomile tea! whoo I find that lay on your front with a pillow lower than your stomach helps plentifully. Or this may sound stupid and I know it works for me and some other population I know, but just have a hot water bottle.
I approaching Bentyl (10mg) ( i take as abundant as i need, at the time, however). If you haven't tried it, ask your doctor. It's not a cure, by any scheme, but it helps beside the pain (i trip up asleep, usually).something that none of those OTC medicines will do. If anyone have a real treatment plan to rid oneself of IBS, please do share! Truly, the Best of Luck to You near your pain! I would other take amodium A.D. u can take it (a) the store that always help me and then i would purely go lay down...

Avoid Spicy, fatty, grease foods
Do not overeat or eat behind schedule and do not drink water inside 2 hours before going to bed.
Try hot water+lemon+honey useless stomach in the morning
After that follow these for non-reoccurance
Yoga, meditation, Pilate
Breathing exercises
Exercise - home or gym
Go the toilet and isolated the bladder before sleep
Music psychiatric therapy – Listening to soft melodious music, Mozart or Handel for example.
