A condition sound out?

I make an onion/garlic/maple syrup combination for my 7 month matured when he has a cold, is this too strong for him?

Answer:
A better recipe for colds/flu be posted by a NaturalCures member a few months ago:

1 cup of apple cider vinegar (Bragg's next to the "mother") 1 cup of pure honey ( organic)
8 cloves of garlic crushed
put in blender for 60 second
put in cup jar in fridge, hand down for 5 days(can be used right away also).
take 2 tsp. within morning before you get through and 2 in the afternoon if infections existing bad. repeat til infections gone.

I don't feel the taste is perfect but I don't see either that these untaught ingredients would be too strong for a 7 month old.
PLEASE DON'T GIVE YOUR CHILD HONEY! Honey can impose botulism in children below age 1 and can cause allergies next in energy. Trust me, I am living proof. I think the garlic mixture may be too much for his little system. Besides, you don't want to "supress" a cough-its the bodys instinctive way to stamp out thick mucous, If he get too coughy, take him surrounded by the bathroom and turn the hot shower on, and just stand near him as the room fills beside steam, which will help loosen his cough
There is a product available from Raintree Nutrition call Amazon C-F Extract for Children. They use a combination of herbs traditionally used contained by the Amazon for Bacterial (Colds) and Viral (Flu) infections. This extract is made especially for children. Do a search for Raintree Nutrition and administer them a call.
This will give a hand his heart and reduce his cholesterol, but won't relieve his cold.Try giving him some pure fruit juice and children's echineca. These ingredients will shorten the duration of his cold and aroma alot better.
