Spirulina surrounded by pills or puder ?! any advices please..how to embezzle..and when ?
Answer: I prefer the powder, but you can take the tablets if you dont resembling the taste. The tablets dont hold any binders or fillers and break down quickly within the gut but I still think the powder works a moment or two faster.
Take a teaspoon first thing surrounded by the morning in some liquid or a smoothie. Spirulina is yummy in a banana smoothie. Once a light of day is enough unless you are sensation really tired or run down which you can have another teaspoon around 3 p.m. I wouldnt own it any later than that as It may hold you awake at night as it will increase your force levels.
