drink some milk it works like a coating for your stomach, heart burn is explanation by acid reflect that begin from the bin liner of your stomach when you comsume to much sodium, spicy foods, alcohol, pop. juice, veggies, sweets, fruits, and meat, that contain to much sodium benzite or sharp..
just drink milk and river
if that dont do the trick then drink a reheat cup of tea, green tea, camomile, lemon tea, or origanal orange pekoe beside a shot of milk, no suger
ok hun try that and see what happens, coz we want to eat adjectives of the above, except the sweets, pop, and alcohol .
and if that dont work then see your doctor and see what alternitive you hold to work with ok hun
Best item is a shot of apple cider vinegar (and chase it down with marine immediately after!)
Use any antiquated vinegar if you don't have that....works resembling a charm!
Some people use baking soda but the problem near that is it really binds you up so you can at full tilt become severely constipated if you do that daily. Try the vinegar it works fine.
If you take it often be sure to attain this checked by your doc as left untreated it can incentive espophogeal erosions.
There is really nothing around the house unless you enjoy some antacids on the shelf or milk of magnesia. Small dose of milk of mag work as an antacid.
Milk and bread.
Besides the stuff they sell ?
Although I really deem Pepto works the best for such things, you could try milk and crackers, they work the best in conjunction for me !!
- Manda
A swallow of brandy
I gross tea out of vinegar which is easier to drink and it does taste approaching apple cider:
heat one cup of hose down
add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar (Heinz brand is the best taste
2-3 Tablespoons of Honey
stir it up good and drink it, it taste good and is much easier to drink than only just drinking vinegar, as I have choked on drinking plain vinegar since good luck!
i agree next to the post above me milk and bread water make it worse the calcium in the milk help to neutralize the acid within your stomach and it just help alot i find from my personal experiences that water make it worse
try some water it may moderate the acidity contained by your stomach and avoid milk or yogurt they really reduce the tang but after a while it causes echo hyper acidity
I enjoy heard that baking soda can be, within some cases, very hazardous to drink with wet to relieve the symptoms of heartburn. Milk only works for a short amount of time. As long as it coats your throat and stomach, not long at adjectives. The best way to avoid it is to stay clear of spicy foods, carbonated drinks, tomatoes and coffee. You will see what bothers you after you eat/drink it, then avoid it if you don't option to take "the stuff they go for it". Good luck I know it hurts.
I used to have a unpromising heartburn problem. I know you need something to quote your stomach. Milk , yogurt, pudding anything to be exact thick and it does NOT own any acids in it should lend a hand you out. I know that after you eat you should preserve yourself up for awhile so you don't get heartburn.(meaning don't lay down right after you eat)Try not to catch after 7pm also. That will indeed help you.It will dispense you a couple of hours for your stomach to digest it.also, if that doesn't help see your doctor. You might requirement to get one of those scaples down your throat to see whats up..
honestly i hear from a natural medication book that you should drink a spoon of vinegar, sounds ironic but it may work. i dont know because i have never have heartburn
Your not making this easy. I be going to suggest using a digestive aid but your putting boundaries on the remedy. There is one household remedy for the stomach, ginger. That's why ginger ale is good for an upset stomach. If you enjoy goldenseal around the house, use it too. Otherwise go to the condition food store and find the hydrochloric acid, enzymes, and acidophiles.
