Any tips or remedes for constipation?
Answer: Things you should be doing all the time:
Fibre- within vegetables, fruits and wholegrain
Drinking lots of water
Getting satisfactory exercise
Additional things you can do when constipated:
Fibre- from psyllium husks
Liquorice
Docusate sodium and senna
Lactulose

you should be getting about 30 grams of fiber each day to make sure u are regular. Also put together sure u drink about 6 goggles of water per daylight. If you are not having a bowel movement once a year or so, then you are constipated. try even taking a saunter as this can loosen up your stools. lots of good warning but if the problem has be going on for awhile it may be time to talk near your doctor who may have more warning as there are lots of things you can and should do. I am have lots of soups at present as this increases fluid intake and vegetables apart from just taste great---good way to start a dinnertime.
I am suffering from it myself. All the tips that have anyone given are fine. They work fine. But my doctor says the condition can worsen if you own some mental stress. So don't take tautness.
