Groan! What's suitable home treatment for food poisoning?

It's morning now... have Chinese for dinner... I feel really seasick and my gut keeps getting stabbing pains (and diarrhoea). I want I could vomit, but it doesn't do any good (to in arrears for that, I think).
I feel really shaky, and I woke up have a panic attack (hyperventilating and attitude overwhelmed)... I'm stressed from studying (just had the flu) and my two babies woke me up almost 8 times last hours of darkness, and I couldn't cope.
What should I do to recover quicker!?

But I don't know, hon, and I think really you should ring any a doctor or a nutritionist and get direction from someone who knows what s/he's chitchat about.

I would put away only plain crackers, approaching saltines and drink 7up. Try and take it graceful.

Charcoal capsules are an excellent first aid against food poisoning. The charcoal absorb the poison.

If you can, drink a tablespoon on aple cider vinegar within a glass of heat up water.
Organic unfiltered is best but any will do. it will eliminate the bacteria making you sick and relieve to settle the stomach. It really is a good remedy but take a little getting used to.
Lemon liquid is a good backup.
For instant relief , jump to the doctor and get some anti biotic for the infection. Later on, be more sensible surrounded by what you eat- rice and dhal, chappati, and the probiotic - curd/buttermilk. Eat light at darkness.
Drink lemon juice surrounded by hot water near little salt and pepper contained by it. Keep drinking half cup every one hour till you get better.

* Don't love test the untreated pork sausage stew, the fish chowder, or even the cookie batter before it's done.
* Don't consent to raw meat liquid drip onto other food. It can taint otherwise non-hazardous food.
* Don't leave food at room warmth for more than two hours, and avoid eating anything that you suspect may hold been unrefrigerated for that long.
* Don't zest any food that doesn't smell or look right.
* Drink fluids as much you can to combat the loss of fluids.
* Scrub counters with melt, soapy water and bleach to combat countertop germs.
* Use a plastic cutting board instead of a wooden one. Be sure to thoroughly verbs the cutting board after you've finished using it.
* Avoid foods that are fried, smoked or aromatic as well as untouched vegetables, pastries, preserves, candies, alcohol and spices and condiments.

* Roast 1/2 tsp cumin (jeera) seeds and 1/2 tsp fenugreek seed (dana methi). Mix and powder it, add to 4 tsp of yogurt (curd). Take thrice a sunshine.
* Grate one raw papaya. Add 3 cups hose, boil for 10 mins, strain and finish the water surrounded by one day.
