Tension RX?
I bought a bottle of Tension RX at the Healthfood Market today for my Anxiety. It has mostly B-6 100mg and Magnesium 116 mg. in it. Has anyone tried this for Anxiety?

I've never tried that picky pill but I have tried others. Please purloin this warning seriously - if you're taking any other med (prescription or over the counter) PLEASE speak to a pharmacist or doctor previously you start mixing pills. Since most "alternative" meds are not approved through the FDA they can't know how it could react to some immensely basic stuff you could already be taking. Example - St. John's Wart will sort your birth control pills less influential.
Please use caution when taking "alternative medicine". Good luck. :)
not tried it but B vits are accurate for nervous system and magnesium is great for migraines
perchance you should see the GP if your anxiety is bad
