So to put it surrounded by perspective, Pot is less addictive than coffee. I own become addicted to coffee myself and have broken the mannerism. You get mild headache for a few days. I have never have any symptoms for withdrawal from Pot.
Pot will create some short term memory loss. It's harder to remember a 10 digit phone number. Beer cause the same memory loss as Pot. The effect is intervening and wears rotten completely. Sometimes those get others stoned to try to achieve them to have sex when they as a rule wouldn't. If you are getting stoned with member of the opposite sex, be aware of this and realize that it can own this effect on you.
