i have a really poor immune system due to years of anticonvulsant medication. what is the strongest supplement i can run to help my body support itself. i am starting to develop conditions where on earth y body is beginning to attack itself and would lke to minimise this as much as possible. adjectives answers greatly appreciated.

I have equal problem. I don't go anywhere because of it. I stopped flying some time ago because I other got sick . Now I can't even move about to the airport for the same plea. I no longer swim because I am so susceptible to fungal infections that are so common around public pools. When I budge to the laundromat I must clean everything beside bleach so I don't get sick. The machines I use, the cart I handle, the table I put my clothes on.
I clear up my hands so much they look resembling sand paper.

I need I could offer a suggestion but I haven't found any one article. I do use Coptis Chinensis in tincture. But I hold to take breaks from it because it's not something to clutch constantly.
