Has anyone here ever used Sleep MD?

It's an over the counter sleep aide which I'm considering using. I just wondered roughly speaking any side effects anyone has possibly experienced from using this product? Or any positive attributes as powerfully from using this product. Any help would be really appreciated!

Wife used on the recommend of a Surgeon she works for.
She said it worked great, no side effects.
She says be prepared to go to sleep when you thieve it.
