Drink milk shortly before bed time. When you close your eyes and are trying to tip out asleep, imagine you are walking down a long white corridor until you slip into dreamland.
Don't get through anything 2 hours before you be in motion to sleep. Wake up at a regular time everyday, even weekends and days when nothings going on. Exercise regularly.
night meal should not be too heavy and at lowest three to four hours before bed time,
a thaw bath a hot beverage past you sleep and of course reading your fondness novel ,will surely put you to sleep,
unless your stressed out or own shift duties then your circle of sleep will be disturbed, forming a sleeping patern wishes to sleep regularly at the same time
