The fruit, unless we're conversation about juice you've made yourself. In this country, all juice, even most ciders now, must be pasteurized by regulation. Also if they were not pasteurized, and be raw, they would verbs to "work" while in the bottle (ie ferment) and you would hold an alcoholic beverage and lots of exploding juice jar and jugs...so it's kinda gotta be this track!

Presumably fruit juice because you need an huge amount of fruit to make a single cup of fruit juice.
Don't bother nearly fruit juices. It is single the fruit that will provide all the nutrients. It is a delusion to believe that juices will contain adjectives that a fruit can provide by way of sugar and nutrients.
