I enjoy severe insomnia can I run both Melatonin and Valerian Root together?
I have tried Melatonin 3 by itself and Valerian Root by itself. I can not give the impression of being to get more than 4 hours sleep at a time This is merely not enough. I achieve no help from my Dr.

I take Valerian for anxiety adjectives the time and I also have allergies, hence I found the hired gun combo: Valerian and cheap allergy medicine (often drowsy). It knock me out cold.
Valerian is not a drug so I don't think it can be doomed to failure to mix but I'm not sure.

I use 1 gm melatonin and 650 inositol. Of course, it's adjectives an individual thing...finding what works for you.

Melatonin and valerian root are safe together. Personally, valerian root have never been efficient for me, but melatonin has be. Vitamin B6, calcium, copper, and magnesium are also supposed to be natural sleep aids.
There are also several over the counter drugs that work pretty well, and are stronger than the untaught cures. Diphenhydramine is the sleep-inducing ingredient in Tylenol(R) PMTM and Benadryl(R). I contemplate it's a bit too much, often going away me groggy in the morning even if I procure a full eight hours of sleep.
Exercising 4 or more hours before going to bed can also be handy.
