Is Corning ware not dangerous? Is it as safe and sound as glassware?
Answer: Its better than glass, smaller number likely to break. Corning ware be designed specifically to go from oven to table..unlike most glassware. It can run directly into the freezer or water minus the fear of it cracking.
Very protected, I have used Coring for more than 40 yrs and it works fine, foods cook dutiful in them, it is a apt product. Yes it is - it's ceramic which is as not dangerous as glass.
We hold a Corning top stove and some Corning wear. I prefer using my olld beat up electric skillet though. I also enjoy a set of real stick free pan but the wife gets them too hot on the Corning top stove. It is flawless stuff though.
