Medicine for brain?

I heard give or take a few some neuro medicine. Some medication that helps you remember things. Any of u know what i'm chitchat about? And what is that med. call? I tend to forget easily. I could really use something for arts school 2 lol.

Answer:
Apart from Omega 3 in fish grease and Flax Seed Oil (for vegetarians) which boosts concentration and possibly memory too and ensuring that you hold a good standard multivitamin and mineral supplement, there are some herb which are believed to improve memory:
Gingko Biloba - boosts standard circulation including that to the brain
Lemon balm - Reduces cholinesterase thereby increasing Acetylcholine which is a key brain messenger (neurotransmitter) - would be beneficial for the elderly
Arctic Root (Rhodiola Rosea) - not sure how this works but it is apparantly fitting for memory, stress, depression and endurance
Gotu Kola - not sure hoe this works but have been used within Ayurvedic medicine for bossting memory and spirit levels

But since you are still at institution I would just try Fish Oil. You are infantile so don't need adjectives these herbals. The fish oil will back with your concentration too. Get your Mum to buy you Fish Oil and a multivitamin specifically suitable for your age group.
Not sure which one, but positive its one of the B complex vitamins. Go get a right multivitamin B complex tablets from the chemist. Meantime try eating more B1 (Thiamine) foods:-Brewer's yeast, unrefined cereal grain, whole wheat, fish, oatmeal peanuts, life meats, lean porK, bran, milk and most vegies.

CHEERS

Ginko Biloba is supposed to be really biddable for your brain and most neurological disorders. GABA is really good too. It help with anxiety and ADD.
