I have need of assistance using the together rx access card. they dispatch the card , how do i use it?what is it for?

It sounds like you didn't even apply for this card - did they a short time ago send you a dummy card contained by the mail beside an application? If you don't know what it is or how to use it, call the customer service number that comes near the paperwork, or perhaps is on the fund of the card.
