Does sominex sleep aid really work?

Yes, it does.
The active ingredient, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, is available surrounded by generic form & not only basically as effective, but much cheaper.
It's sold contained by the cold/allergy section.
Sominex does work, but it's complex to wake up the subsequent morning.
Ambien CR is the best sleep aid available. (It's on by prescription)
same old drugs near a different name. Here are some other possible sleep aids that won't affect your kidneys adversely:
*Exercise every daylight... walk or anything you enjoy doing... preferrably outdoors surrounded by the sunshine
*White noise-- just turn on your radio between stations and enjoy the static lull you to sleep
*Don't eat anything after 7pm.... chomp through lighter at the evening meal.
*Have a melt bath near lavender essential oil contained by the water
*Journal if you can't sleep.... phone someone you miss dearly.... receive your peace with someone you own fallen out next to
*Read the Bible in bed merely before you stir to sleep.
