First Time Acupuncture?

I am going in to see an alternative pills doctor for an acupuncture treatment this afternoon. It will be my first time having this done. I am have it done for depression. Can someone tell me what to expect, how it will discern, where he will put the needles, and so on?

You will hold a mild tingling sensation. I was upset it would hurt, but was suprised how painless it is. I guess you will be quite delighted afterwards..I think it really does work!

I've have the needles placed all throughout my body - herald, arms, stomach, feet, toes, backbone of neck. Most do not hurt but a few can be discomfited. It's a great procedure, though.

My moms had it done beforehand and she says if you relax you cant discern them But if your not relaxed it feels resembling someone is pinching you. When your done it doesn't leave scar or marks.

He will ask several question and take your pulse. Questions may be: do you enjoy heartburn, or you angry, or do you dribble after you urinate...do you have ringing contained by your ears.are you afraid? These are important question. It may or may not take several treatments for you to surface the qi moving. Stay with it for a month or two. Most of the time you will not touch the needles. This is a wise verdict on your part and it will back the depression. It's a wonderful form of medicine.

I went to a greatly good Dr. whom give me acupuncture for severe migraines and chronic pain surrounded by neck, I be apprehensive but he talked me thru it and it depends on your problem as to where on earth he puts the needles, they do not hurt at all. they do not walk in reflective or hurt. I never bled and it worked so well for me, dutiful luck to you,
it may take several times for it to make a difference or a few, adjectives people are different and it vary, it is a wonderful thing!
