Do i own allergy?


i have a alarming problematic skin (sensitive) and a few days ago i started using almond oil as a moisturizer because even what the docs prescribe give me allergy. i liked almond grease at first because it made it soft but now i see a few red spots and two pimples? should i stop using it? and try coconut grease maybe? thanx seriously!!
