You probably have an infection.

1. Gargle near hot (sea salt) salt hose and get the unwanted items out. Do this several times a day.

2. boil a quart of marine on a saucepan. After it comes to a boil, shut off the grill and add a few drops of Thuja and Eucalyptus oil. Put a towel over your head and the saucepan. Inhale the steam for 5-10 min. Do this a few times a year.

3. take olive fern capsules and/or tincture.

4. put away raw garlic. It smells but it kill a lot of fruitless stuff.

5. Oil of oregano. This is painful, but help.

6. Echinacea tea.

7. Thyme tea. Buy the bulk herb, non-irradiated, from a health food store.

8. Eat fresh herb - rosemary - organic if at all possible. A few individual leaves at a time, not too much at once.

9. Pure Vit. C powder in marine. Drink a ton of water near or without the Vit. C.

10. Sit within a DRY sauna (not a steam room) at the gym. Or find a place that has a far infared sauna, those are even better.

Any of this stuff should work. Also clear homemade chicken soup with no preservatives (use chicken and veggies, no "soup base"- too plentiful chemicals) And stay away from mucous secreting foods similar to sugars/desserts, dairy products, starches/wheat.
