Herbal remedy for anxiety?
all of the anxiety meds out in attendance are so hard to come by because of self a controlled substance. they are also highy addictive. are there any herbal soultions? I enjoy tried st. johns wart and that seems to work for an overall postive mood but have not really helped anxiety.
Answer:
Have you tried taking a B Complex - 50mg is a moral strength to aim for. Plus Take a Magnesium/calcium combination - 500mg calcium/250mg magnesium. B Complex is the anti-stress vitamin group. Magnesium is the anti-stress mineral. I have suggested a magnesium/calcium combo as they are required surrounded by the right proportion. Lemon Balm is one of the best anti-anxiety herbs. St Johns Wort is more for depression. Another anti-anxiety herb is Passiflora - markedly helpful if within is any sleep disorder too. Bach flower remedy works for many who pinch it but it is more for short bouts of anxiety like exam nerves, consternation of flying, etc. Camomile tea should help but you hold to drink at least two cups a year for quite some time to consistency any effect. This is generally the grip with herbals but at lowest possible you don't get the obnoxious unwanted side effects associated with meds.
Hope this help.

Bach's Rescue remedies are supposed to be good, but I haven't tried them.
Chamomile is frequently recommended, but I haven't notice a real effect. Then again, my anxiety is triggered by location (getting home when the house is free, for some inexplicable reason) not built up over time. I have have some success beside catnip and lavender teas. I've heard righteous things about stevia and kava-kava, but haven't tried them by themselves.
More details almost your anxiety? If you need meds consequently your biological imbalance is exceptionally great. This is where most herbalists would notify you to stop eating meat, dairy, and soy products. It would be hypocritical of me to transmit you to do this since I haven't done it though. Something to consider: stress is stress, sometimes it translates to anxiety, sometimes to depression. We are often blinded to the cause of imbalances contained by our systems. Good luck!
There are two excellent herbal supplements for anxiety. PureCalm and MindSoothe - this site has dutiful info. Good Luck !
