I tried that once-I went to an acupuncturist and they put a few "pins" at sure locations in my ear. Whenever I feel hungry I was supposed to press on them. The twinge of it I guess made me lose my appetite for a second or two.They fell out quickly,didn't lend a hand me and were expensive to boot.
