Warm milk.
Hot chocolate I prefer swiss miss brand.

Eat some turkey.
Listen to 30 minutes of quiet soothing music or read a book. Also no tv should be on.
Take insightful breaths in bed to relax.

Just let your body win it out of your system and then settle. There isnt anything much you can do to speed up the process;
