I'm not looking for an exotic herbal supplement or anything, just foods that unanimously help trim down stress levels, or foods to avoid that tend to exact it. Stress relief methods would also be cooperative! I'm just looking to relieve for a time of the tension and anxiety I've feel lately. While it's not at a dangerous plane, it's not particularly glowing, and it's kind of mentally taxing.
