I am 27, and accidently bought centrum silver which is supposed to be for family over 50. Is this desperate for me?
THe bottle says that it is supposed to be for populace over 50. I am 27..Should I throw it out for a different vitamin?
Answer: no...in certainty it is good for you.
not desperate.. but it may have extra of some vitamin that the elderly are commonly missing, and possibly have smaller amount of a vitamin that a 27 year old desires more of.
my chemistry professor the other day suggested to us that we try doing that and see if it make us feel any different
You don't involve to toss it, the "Silver" version have a slightly different balance of the quantity of vitamins geared towards aging people. The biggest difference is that the Silver copy does not contain Iron and has a great deal more B12. The extra B12 won't hurt you, and if you're getting enough iron from other sources that shouldn't be a problem any. Just buy the right kind subsequent time but go ahead and use this bottle up first, they aren't THAT different. No, use it, but avoid Centrum contained by the future. It is cheap. Find a glorious quality brand at a site approaching NutritionalTree.com (which does not sell anything but does reputation different brands).
Not only is it impossible for you but for the elders as all right. I think you should thieve a whole food supplement instead. It take like a week for centrum to digest . If you already open the bottle get a full cup a water and drop the pill within the glass and see how long it take to digest in the river. Forever and a day, explicitly the same of how long it take for your body to get the nutrients from that pill. Always do your pill approaching that because most pills dont break down til 3 or 4 days.
