Answer: As regards movement you can regard both as individual the same.
The HCl copy is the hydrochloric acid extension salt of phentermine. The free phentermine dais would probably be the better one to get as next you don't get any extra chlorine or chloride (Cl) that you are better stale without although the extra Cl from the hydrochloride brackish is really insignificant.
The difference is that only one of them have Hydrochloric acid within it.
