What is the best approach to cure a headache?





Answer:    put an icepack on your forehead and go to sleep
sleep it sour ADVIL
advil or any pain-reliever (for headaches) advil or no prescription migrain medicine

or for unprocessed solution

warm or cool cloth and sleep
goodies...its a white powder...doesn't zest all that great ..but it works practically instantly.. a headache reliever or a cold rag on your forehead, or sprawl down in the shadowy where it's soft and try breathing exercises to control the pain.
Drink some fluids and slouch down. If this doesn't work you can get some asprin from CVS. Hope I help. a cold shower and deep breathing.agree to the cold water hit the vertebrae of your neck and also the nouns of your headache. you may have to do it a few times.
I found that lay down in next to a warm, humidity washcloth over my eyes for about 15 minutes works economically. Hope it works for you too Pharmacy Student here..
Type of headache makes a difference.

1. Hangover/stress induced headache or just the occasional come first pain should respond to ONE advil (Ibuprofen 200mg) if you do not lift analgesics often.

IF you do use analgesics recurrently: Take 2 Advil (400mg of Ibuprofen) with some food or at tiniest milk since Ibuprofen can be tough on the stomach

2. Migraine headaches (pounding, light/sound sensitive, usually one side of the principal headaches)
- Excederin migraine (TWO caplets) works wonders
The trick is - the caffeine in Excederin help with migraine dull pain.even some Rx strength drugs used for migraine pain contain caffeine.

*If you enjoy a migraine at night (the caffeine within excederin might make sleeping difficult) so I would recommend 1 advil and 1 excederin. Since Ibuprofen (Advil) is not surrounded by Excederin (Acetaminophen, Aspirin, and caffeine) you are not risking taking the same meds twice. This mode you have smaller quantity caffeine to sleep and a little more analgesic power.

A handfull of steamed chicken usually does the trick for me.

If you are lactose intolerant or lacto-vegetarian then it is really esteemed that you supplement your diet with a multi B complex tablet on a each day basis.

Things that could be robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- intake too much protein, alcohol, eating too much tinned food, the oral contraceptive, eoestrogen supplementation, antiobiotics,otc cold and flu medicine, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin.

When you take your each day supplement ensure that you take it near some type of calcium rich food ie: low fat cheese or skim milk or a calcium supplement as B12 requirements calcium to be properly assimilated by the body.. ensure you also get ample sunshine (vitamin D) or eat cold hose fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting as calcium needs ample vitamin D to be effectively absorbed!! These cold hose down fishes are also a rich source of magnesium (known as the antistress mineral) which is probably another thing you necessitate to focus on as well ~ your stress level. Quite a handfull of information here .. sorry it's a bit long winded but you need to know adjectives this.
