I'm 5 months pregnant and be just this minute on antibiotics for a sinus infection. I'm interested within taking an

an acidophilus to replace the good microbes. I found this product at whole foods bazaar: "Live Start" from Natren products. Can anyone give me some guidance and recomendations on this?

Answer:
From searching my products in attendance are no side effects during pregnancy.Go for it.Good Luck.
Try Yogurt. Lots of flavor, different consistencies and live good germs
Yogart is the best way. Also, buttermilk is a source of the obedient bacteria.
Natren is a great probiotic company. I would stick next to that. As far as yogurt is concerned, most have course too much sugar for the probiotics to be effective. Either mode Natren's would be a better choice.
I agree w/ the comment about Natren human being higher potency than yogurt. As far as food sources dance, yogurt is great, but unless it's been fortified w/ extra probiotics it won't come essential to the potency you'd need to recuperate from antibiotics. Natren is a great company. High potency, scientifically formulated probiotics, and it'd be fine to take during pregnancy.
