When i receive my blood pressure taken i can't relax?
Today i am getting a physical done today and they are going to have to run my blood pressuer. It is normal even when i relax, but second time i toke it the bottom number was complex than i want it to be. How can I relax?

it doesnt business if your relax or not...if your high blood, it will show no situation how relax you are

This is called white coating. It is call that because a lot of nation have anxiety when they see their Doctor, and thus their blood pressure go up. Well try taking Ionic Fiz Magnesium I filch it to control my blood pressure and it does a pretty good duty. Let me know if it works. P.S. You cab find a the local strength store.
my hubby has what is call white coat syndrome
(his pressure goes up at the Dr's) and is fine at home
our doc have what is called true exam blood pressure
it is an machine that take his pressure every three Min's for five the ten times when nobody is in the room and he read a mag or closes his eyes and thinks of the sunny coast and the waves and we found it accepting to have a monitor at home to preserve an eye on it and so Far so good
so ask if your doc have one of these
good luck and if you requirement to have your blood pressure treated it is not the stop of the world it is better to keep it low as possible
