I am a massage analyst and I think that if u receive a massage the grease or lotion that is mortal used with bring u to break out even more. I had an acne problem myself and I go to the Doc. They gave me some cream to hip bath with and cream to apply every daylight and night on my frontage. Also they told me to change my frontage wash and body soap to a brand call Cetaphil that has abet me so much that my friends and family enjoy all given my compliment on how much better my facade looks. I didnt use the creams too often cuz my frontage is so sensitive but the face bathe is great. My acne was close to cysts and it would hurts. One more thing the doc told me not to drink soda, get through chocolate, pizza, salt foods, unwanted items food and greasy food. Try it and see if it help tolerate me know how it goes.
I'm a mould therapist and I see clients adjectives the time with acne. If you don't want them to chafe your face, merely let them know. Also, check and see what munificent of lotion or oil they use. I use unscented, hypoallergenic lotion and that should not engender your problem any worse. If the therapist is professional, they will not be totally grossed out or fashion any comments about your acne. If they do, you can of late report them for unethical behavior.
