My boyfriend's mind keep race at darkness, he can't sleep, he go through these spells every few months


Are there any technique or natural remedies he can lift or try? Neither of us had more than 4 hours sleep later night i have i job interview untimely in the morning. when i come home we stayed up until about 9 i come up with i got some sleep but i dont really grain like it but my boyfriend newly layed there. I know more or less valarien root and the natural sleeping pills but are at hand any home concoctions?

Answer:
I can only suggest a system for him such as this:
Wake up precipitate, something around 7-9 AM.
Among other things, get A LOT of exercise. Go running, play sports, etc. Try to use up adjectives the energy possible by the extension of the day. Get into bed at 9 or 10 PM sharp. It doesn't issue if he doesn't fall asleep right away. While he's surrounded by bed, he cannot talk much- solitary calm whisper. It's advised that he take warm milk roughly this time. Keep the room warm and some type of static/white racket playing. Have him try breathing slowly and calmly, it help prepare the body for sleep.

Keep to the schedule, even if it take him until 6 AM to fall asleep, get up him at the same time the subsequent morning. Eventually, if not the subsequent day, he will start to decline asleep earlier and easier.

It also help if you couple this with colloquial sleeping pills which supplement Melatonin, but it's not necessary.

He probably has a physical available job and he may be worrying the same as you around your landing a job. Both of you entail some Chamomile tea to soothe the nerves, relieve stress and help you both to sleep soundly.
You can find Chamomile tea within the grocery store coffee isle. Sweeten to tea and be ready to hit the sack in 20 mins. of drinking it. It's a good article to keep surrounded by the house b/c it's good for curing pink eye, allergies of the eyes, soothing the nerves, great for insomnia, kills infections and bacterias of wounds, cools sunburns and the roll grows long.
- warm milk
- lukewarm hip bath with aroma dream therapy...lavendar, soaking salts
- chamomille tea
- working out before in the morning, at least 5 hours previously bed time
- don't watch TV in bed
- 2-3 hours prior to bed, utilize soft lighting...sets the melatonin surrounded by your brain...prompts the body for sleep
