Health - what's honest for muscle spasms contained by stern?
The pain is surrounded by the shoulder blade and goes down the arm to the elbow. Nothing seem to help much. Anyone know anything that have worked for them besides muscle relaxants, OTC pills, etc.?
Answer:
I have attached a interconnect below to a kit that help me immensely, "The Miracle Ball Method" by Elaine Petrone. It comes with two soft inflated ball and teaches a meek way of stretching and relaxing the muscles. She teach quite a bit in the region of breathing, about how we hold stiffness by not fully breathing and stretching the diaphragm and rib cage. I cogitate you will find this helps, as I own been competent to get away from most painkillers as a result of working near this (although 'working' is probably not the right word since it is all roughly speaking letting your body relax). Good luck and feel better!
heat pad
a flimsy, very reading light, massage (more a tickle than a massage)
I would conspicuously be getting massage and some job therapy.
Aspirin, a blanket, and a recliner.
Use heat up vegetable oil to rub considerately. Get somebody to help you.
magnesium
yep, a licensed pat therapist give me this tip. get a generous towel and soak it in thaw water. ring it out to the best of your gift and place in the microwave for just about 6 minutes. when hot, place a dry towel on the painful nouns and then the hot towel over it. the muscles will relax. and the aching will ease. do this for 20 minutes every hour until it is endurable.
Go yo your doctor and explain the problem he or she will probably write you a perscription for parafom forte or norgesic forte.
