Yes. If you feel that the prescription would work for another individual, it is safer for you to confer them the name and enjoy them contact their physician.
It's illegal to transport any drugs across state lines, even by messages, which runs into federal jurisdiction. That's means that if you are caught, Attorney General can pursue you and the Federal establishment under the postoffice or post carrier or parcel regulations.

I think the others may hold misunderstood the question. or I don`t know I'm misinterpreting it.

You CAN have prescriptions sent to you... as long as the prescription is for you. I've worked beside and have see a few companies that send prescriptions to their customers by letters (Liberty Mutual advertises on the TV a lot). I'm not totally clear in your mind if those companies each sent prescriptions by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or which company they used. but the USPS website specifies:

"Some things cannot be mail or can be mailed solitary in small quantity for safety and decriminalized reasons. Some items hold restrictions on how they can be mailed, including:
· Aerosol can
· Firearms
· Flammable materials
· Liquids and powders
· Lottery tickets
· Poisons
Some items, however, are not permitted in the correspondence, including:
· Alcoholic beverages
· Ammunition
· Drug paraphernalia
· Fireworks and other explosives"

They may get stuck under the "drug paraphernalia" piece with the USPS, but I don't ponder some of the other shipping companies have that restriction.
