How can you bring back more sleep in need going on drugs?
I have not be able to go and get much sleep for the last few days. It is difficult to plunge asleep and then I sleep at roughly 1 hour intervals. Last night, I fell asleep around 2 and woke up at 4 and couldnt acquire to sleep again. How can I fix this without going on perscription medication?

You can either turn to bed early which usally help or read a book until it is hard to hold your organizer up and your droswy.
Unfortunately, there are around a million reasons why you might not be falling asleep. Not sure how to fix your prob because I don't own enough info... sorry.
I agree, some soft exercise helps you tumble asleep. Also, try to establish a routine for going to bed. Don't watch tv surrounded by bed, don't listen to loud music for something like a half-hour since you want to sleep. Just make sure you self-possessed your body down.
If you continue to enjoy trouble sleeping through the night, ask yourself whether it is because there's some issue that's bothering you.
There's also an exercise where on earth you try to feel how adjectives your body parts rest on the mattress, go through them within your head and relay yourself that you can feel them and that they perceive warm and big. Kind of like "My right foot feel warm and sturdy...warm and creamy.my left foot feel warm and fatty..warm and stocky." I do this when I have trouble falling asleep, and it usually works up to that time I even reach my knees.
If you drink pop or other caffinated beverages, do not consume them near in a few hours of when you plan to run to bed. Try exercising regularly (even a brisk walk can help) and try to hold back from watching TV before bed. Read a book or do something else that relaxes your mind and body. I find that when I am have trouble falling asleep concentrating on my breathing (taking long deep breaths) tend to help. Good luck!

Develop a bedtime routine and stick to it. Make sure you're drinking adequate marine - our bodies rest at night and we will rouse up if we're dehydrated.

I used to sleep 15 minutes at a time... Valerian root, Melatonin, and 5HTP are adjectives natural remedies that enjoy worked for me in times past. Also try taking some calcium before bed, it help me to STAY asleep longer.
I am a lifelong insomniac. One of the best things that has help me is a book on tape. I plug contained by headphone type thing explicitly flat and goes below my pillow. That way my hubby cannot hear it but I can.
I find books that aren't horror or anything and listen to them. Listening to someone read a store puts me to sleep a moment ago like a kid listen to their parent read a story. *grin* I've found that it has to be a man's voice and somewhat open. I cannot fall asleep to a woman's voice.
I've tried melatonin and adjectives the herbal stuff and none of it worked for me. I know it does for others but that's my experience.
