Ok.any alternatives to hoodia, I don`t know green tea? :)?
Thanks for all the info guys. Joya mentioned exercise.I hike or run my shepherd on the bike 5-10 miles every day (sometimes more). I single eat soy & salads. I hold lost about 30 lbs, but still requirement to loose 20-30 more. I have be at a standstill for 6 wks, struggling just to maintain off what I've lost, even tho I'm exercising even more presently. Is there anything that will "assist" within the weight loss? Does green tea capsule work? (I drink LOTS of regular & green tea already).
Answer:
Try Lida diadiahua you can find it at www.theaaadiet.com it's chinese herbs that really work
Green Tea works as a cleansing aid, cleans out your system of any cast-offs. If that's what you want, you can also try Dandelion Root extract, same idea as green tea, a short time ago a bit more effective.
But neither of those will do anything for your mass.
How about well meal replacements? Like ensure or vivacity bars, that might be more adjectives than a diet pill, which would only starve you and put strain on your heart, automatic medicine or not.
wow i cant even step for a week on a diet, :(.. you have a outstandingly strong will power, keep it up,
instinctively i think sticking it to drinking tea similar to what you are doing now is the best, since you catch the green tea into your system along with wet, which is the best diet medicine :)
i hold tried hoodia myself, i dont think it works, i've tried several kind too so i advise you not to consume your money, and do it oldskool
i hope you achieve your hope
You ONLY eat soy and salads? Yikes, please, PLEASE consult near a doctor or dietician, it's highly unlikely that you are getting adjectives of the required nutrients for a healthy, functioning human body. I hope you're at smallest eating fruit and beans to kind sure you are getting a full antioxidant complement and some protein (soy protein is only one type of protein). Variety is the spice of existence, eating a fixed diet almost ensures that you will not obtain the full range of nutrients basic for proper health.
