Is anyone here a reiki healer? How did you find started?

Answer:
I am a level 2 practitioner. I have numerous experiences of strangers asking me if I did Reiki and when I asked someone about an experience I have during meditation, the teacher asked me if I did Reiki. I know, after being asked so masses times, that it is something I needed to explore for myself.

If you believe in enthusiasm healing, and some individuals do not, then you may want to explore Reiki more fully. Basically, Reiki works near a person's energy (we are adjectives of us made up of atoms which are merely particles of energy). While doing Reiki any on yourself or another person, you can literally be aware of things (for me, I feel it within my hands) that tell you where on earth there are problems. I hold done Reiki on myself as a meditative practice. I enjoy done it for my fiance who, after only a 30 minute session feel so very relaxed that he said he feel as though he'd had a manipulate.

Can Reiki cure diseases? I don't know any legitimate Reiki practitioner who say that it does. Reiki is meant to be a complementary form of salutary. You would still need to practice a hygienic diet and lifestyle which may or may not include more "traditional" forms of medicine. If you enjoy cancer, Reiki can help your body dance through chemotherapy so that the side effects are not as discomitting. It can also help cut the chance of remission. There are professionals (MDs, RNs) who are Reiki practitioners, who use Reiki to assist their patients in conjunction beside traditional medicine. (See relationship below.)

There are books which claim that they can teach you how to do Reiki. This is approximate. I had read several books on Reiki and it be not until I was attuned by a Reiki master that I feel a difference during my meditation.

If you have not experienced Reiki for yourself, you may want to find a practitioner and own a Reiki session. You may find it very surprising. Afterwards, if you get the impression that the experience was a blessing to you, you may want to be attuned to stratum one so that you can begin practicing Reiki on yourself. At even two you are able to do Reiki on other citizens (and animals) as well as distance medicinal sessions. Also, you may want to research the different schools of Reiki, be sure that the being from whom you get attuned have a lineage they can share beside you, and be prepared to commit yourself to Reiki not only as a process to help yourself and others but as a lifestyle commitment you will get to and for yourself.

My mother in ruling is, although i dont really belive in it. She get a certificate from a class she took. i feel it was close to a week class and it cost her a bundle.

Fakey healers, oops, I mean Reiki healers don't obligation qualifications. They lately wave their hand around you for ten minutes or so then charge you a hundred bucks.

I first went to a weekend retreat and Diane Stein qualified all 3 level of classes. (author of Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide to an Ancient Healing Art (Paperback) She believes in spreading the fluency and having general public use it to heal everyone. Some culture dont like her because she be the first to publish the sacred symbols and info to share.
I used it on myself and others for a while, but the skeptic contained by me let it travel. Then a year later I go with a friend to a class done by Franciscan Monks. They too merely wanted to share the knowhow and have associates use it. This class atmosphere was much different - within were several nurses and business people.
I realize Reiki is not so esoteric, it is energy flowing and can be used for restorative.
I've experienced the energy, the therapeutic, the heat - and it works.
Scientifically speaking, you can see for yourself that if someone puts a foot on your shoulder while you are hooked up to a meter, that they will pass you life. Your energy will increase. If you are idea under the weather, it feel good to be held or touched. Cats and dogs respond close to a magnet to Reiki.
Experience it for yourself. You be your own judge. :)

Yes I am a Reiki Master and practitioner. I enjoy always be interested in a more holistic restorative method.
How I got introduced to Reiki...One year a wonderful lady come to me and told me about Reiki, I get quite a few free treatments from her and her students during their Reiki Shares. (Reiki shares are when a bunch of Reiki practioners of multiple levels as ably as Reiki masters come together to share Reiki treatment sessions.) That was my introduction.
A few years next, I received a Level 1 Reiki Attunement for Usui Reiki.
Since then I own reached Reiki Master surrounded by several Reiki forms, the first being Usui Reiki. I own had various different Reiki Masters. I have literary over the years that a teacher appears when the student is arranged. ;)
Also, a Reiki Master/Teacher usually has their history of the particular system they own taken. Although it has be my experience some are only partial.
Reiki works one and only if the person reception it lets the curative energy contained by and accepts the restorative. Reiki is not about forcing someone to alleviate it is about person the tool for The Divine healing punch to flow through so that another can connect to it and let IT support them heal.

Yes I am a Reiki Master Teacher, and it started amazingly, as I am tremendously intutive and have adjectives spiritual connections, I found a book on Hypnosis and Reiki in an older book store, and in that book the pet name of the reiki symbols were mentioned, and their different uses for different diseases, but the symbols were not nearby. Even at that time I do not know how to operate computer. Than one day I am sitting close by my dinning table watching the jug which be full of water, than i saw a obverse in that decanter, and it was resembling watching TV. I tried to recall adjectives the faces of the citizens I know in my historic or have see on Tv, but could not recognized him who he be. As I became aware of the picture it vanished from the carafe. It was a strange experience for me. The other daytime my heart craved to go to some book store, as a result I went contained by the old book shop, and at hand was a book on Reiki, it be the first book I took out from the bookshelf, and as I turned it there be the same picture of that man I saw within the water water jug, and He was Master Usui`s picture. I read that book near interest, and as I have no access to any reiki coach I forgot about it, and my just son left for out of the country, and for communication with him I learn internet from one of his friends. And I surfed the net for Symbols, and I started drawing them written countlessly, and one day I be reading three months old communication papers, where I read an trailer of Reiki class, with a phone number. Thanks God the class be still on, and they were offering free healings on Thursdays, after attending two three classess and erudition to meditate, I thought of my hip pain, and asked the Master to offer me reiki. He asked one of his old students to donate me distant reiki, as being muslim a man is barred to touch women, who is not his spouse. And that fellow just looked at me, and told me that he have build a cord and reiki will continue to flow , and i be heal from my fifteen years hip pain, and it be such a mirical happend to me that I slept so comfortible without any niggle, and walking became so unproblematic for me. This miriculous healing experience lead me to get attunements, and gaping knowledge going on for this Divine Energy. Now in four years I hold done my Master Teacher level, and my enthusiasm, my attitude towards life every entity changed dramatically. And everything in energy appears so beautiful and full of enthusiasm, that I think myself lucky to come contained by touch with this spirit, I am so grateful to Master Usui who introduce this forgotten light into our lives. I am grateful to my teacher, and to my collegues, and to my students and patients, who come to me for sharing and caring too.
