Whats better,acupressure or acupuncture?
Answer: It depends on the skill of the acu person, but accupuncture is almost other going to do more for you.
However at the same time, accupressure is really simple and you can cram it from a book (whereas you have to walk in to see an accupuncturist, so it have some value).
So, I would say acupuncture, but 10% of the time acupressure is better.
The one that works for you. it is up to you but I imagine it is acupuncture
They both rely on the same pressure points but I've found acupressure works better for me. And despite what I be told, I found the acupuncture needles rather stinging. Since I was going to an acupuncturist for anguish relief that be a big factor for me. Depending on what you're experiencing, reflexology may help too. Depends which works for you, I own had both and found none but I know empire who it has help, depends what it is for to some point
The only effect of any is placebo. Acupressure in the form of Shiatsu or foot reflexology.
I have acupuncture for many years. The end few years there be more and more points where it would really hurt to insert needles. Now I'm too apprehensive for needle in bag it hurts. But acupressure does wonders still.
acupressure can be better and come in handy if you have need of immediate nouns from something like sinus headache or a headache but for more complicated issues like infertility or freight loss, then acupuncture is more potent I believe. I have have a hand held Acuhealth tool since 1987.
It's an Australian invention. thats exported to many Asian Countries because it's the best on the souk.look up their,

'NO NEEDLES ACUPUNCTURE'
It depends on who's performing the technique.
Acupressure can be learned from a book or online, it's true, but it's habitually more effective if done by a licensed acupuncturist. Acupuncture must by done by a licensed acupuncturist or medical doctor depending on where on earth you live. In California in 2008, acupuncturists must earn a masters scope in oriental medication with 3070 credit hours which includes 1100 credit hours within a treatment clinic and then must go by a 5-hour state board exam. Medical doctors are often allowed to make acupuncture without any added training, and in some places next to minimal training of 80-200 credit hours or so. Acupressure is often done by people with a squeeze certification (100-1000 hours, contained by general) and little training in oriental drug.
In the end, both modalities can be decisive when performed by a skilled practitioner. There's no impair in trying both and seeing which you approaching better or which works better.
the best one is acupuncture as it treats deeper than acupressure.
