P=if you get through too many carbo foods (e.g rice bread cookies, soft drinks) you tend to own have too much liveliness in the en of sunshine
S=lessen your carbo food consumption, just chomp through what you need.
P=you lay around nonchalantly all year (e.g. watching tv, just playing computer games), you dont use or expend ample energy to kind you feel tired or need rest on the end of time.
S=Exercise daily or even an hour hike would do, doing it before sleeping would be better for you would surface more worked up after it. (as for me i actually do sit ups contained by bed, that way i win too tired to get up afterwards, but dont forget to changeover clothes for you will sweat after doing so.)
