Cardio exercise is great too since it releases endorphins. I too own found that yoga helps me to grasp centered.

here is my suggestion. you may think it's for a while strange, but if you try it, i guarantee you will feel seriously better. cut everything white out of your diet. no sugar, flour, ranch, mayo, white pasta, noodles, rime cream, none of it. use splenda in place of sugar if you enjoy to, only for a while. find some kind of exercise you similar to. (i love Carmen Electra strip tease dvd's). and gain some sunshine. even if it is cold where you live. totter your dog if you have one. stir window shop downtown. put your foot to a store nearby instead of driving. anything. it take discipline. that is the hardest constituent.
