Has anyone ever have stomach affliction while taking adderall?
I am prescribed to adderall for ADD. i have be on it for several months, but lately i have be getting really bad stomach ache..Has this happened to anyone else? if so what did you do for it? i dont want to stir off of adderall because it is the solely medication that helps my ADD...

Are you taking it near food?
If you're taking the XR slow release capsules, that mechanism you take it contained by the morning. EAT BREAKFAST with it. Seriously. A lot of population are in a hurry contained by the morning and don't eat breakfast, which isn't worthy for you in-of-itself. It's worse if you're on Adderall for a couple reasons.
One, taking it on an free belly can be irritating to your stomach.
Second, once the Adderall starts kicking in you probably won't quality hungry. (A side affect of the medicine is reduce in appetite.) Since you haven't eat breakfast and you don't feel hungry (and you're finally competent to concentrate enough to bring things done!) you're likely to skip lunch, or at lowest possible eat hugely little. This was my experience. Feeling the obligation to eat smaller quantity seemed similar to a fabulous side effect until the effects of going without food delayed with me. It could hit me adjectives at once in the middle of the afternoon. Not hunger, as within the desire for food, but pain! Sometimes doubling over beside stomach pain! Not fun.
My proposal: make sure you're drinking something solid, even if it's just a piece of toast. Definitely converse to your doctor about the symptoms, especially if the food doesn't grasp rid of the stomach ache symptoms. He (or she) may want to lower your dosage to backing your body adjust to the drug and slowly work your way up to the liberating dose.
stomach pains are common when taking aderrall; I'd ask your doctor in the order of it if it gets to be a big problem.
i grasp stomach aches from it. I own one right now. Wish I know what to do about it :-/ if u find out, permit me know
