I'm 16, sleep at 12 AM and stir up at 7:30ish, is this adequate sleep?
This is my daily sleep, am I getting ample to fully grow? Would it really effect my growth that much?
Answer:
sure, your young, you dont call for sleep at 16
ask ur doc
if you go to bed at 11-1130 it shud be adequate sleep! since u r still yung and growing u need atleast 8 hours of sleep. and i.e. the minimum not the maximum.
try to get 8
yup.7 hours is still fine.
unlike me.whose also 16.sleeps at 11 and get up up at 5.thats not enough.
Yes it is adequate to sleep 6 hours even, because 6 hours are enough for a human to transport rest.
I doubt it will affect your growth, but this is not enough sleep for a young person. You need (as someone already said) a minimum of 8 hours and you should hold 10 hours to be at your max. Feeling rested will help next to your school narration with better concentration and a better attitude.
8 is better.
Thats plenty of sleep, they vote you need 8 hrs sleep a daytime. However, I have run off smaller quantity than 4-6 hrs a day or dark for the past ten years or better, as antiquated age catches you, you will require more sleep. I am very soon starting to do so. I could run off of 2-4 (no back from drugs)hours of sleep no problem when i was 16 and that be mostly hungover the next light of day. However, for tests and right to be heard sporting events I would at least bring back 4-6 hrs rarely 8 the darkness before. I speak yeah your fine don't worry just about it. You only live once live it smart but own fun doin it!
I have hear may news reports on this completely subject. Studies have showed that younger citizens need at most minuscule 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night to function properly. Trust me I use to capture less than 8 hours of sleep when I be in High School be always tired and sleep contained by all but one of my classes. Not a apposite idea if you plan to dance off to college. I would say aloud get a lowest 8 hours of sleep a night, if you are still sleepy the subsequent day work you passageway up to 9 hours of rest. I have timetabled two websites you can look at and read, the sleepfoundation website is very informative and interesting.
research did showed that the best time for the body to replenish and do adjectives the "repair" work in your body is between 11pm to 3 am. so i would suggest that u sleep around 1030? noticeably u wont go to total sleep if u rapidly get to bed at 11pm. beside, al lights should be bad. i came across some individuals who are so afraid of dark that next on the lights all dark long. that's not good as the chemical go-between that suppose to initiate the repair system in your body will not be produced if "it" sensed some street lamp. an regarding u sleeping at 12, all right people tend to suppose i'm young, i can sleep smaller amount. and i'm sure even some of u after reading wat i said earlier, u would mull over that missing one o 2 hours of "repairing" doesnt matter. but try to reflect on it it a long run? you can wake up quicker, but not sleeping late.
its adequate..but modify ur timings.try to get into bed by 10:30 take up by 04:30..remember 'early to bed early to rise, make a man healthy luxurious and wise'.
u r still young so work concrete.u need more sleep.if u work more thorny u'll get more sleep..
